Ese is a soul-pop artist that debuted on the Lagos music scene May 2019.
She moved back to Lagos, 2years after living in New York in January that same year.
Following a 6year long career as an international fashion model and travel around the globe which included a trip to Rishikesh and a few cities in Northern India. While training as a Yoga instructor, she rediscovered her passion for music through the process
Her first body of work titled INNER PEACE, an extended playlist features various local producers from her birth city. She tries her talents for the first time recording and peforming on the streets of Lagos with her EP Tour.

Ese is a 28 year old Nigerian native with roots in Delta, Anambra & Benin. She was born in Lagos, the second of twins in a family of 5. Ese's father is an Artist who paints while her mother keeps the home.

In 2016 she founded NAPPYESE, a sustainable holistic wellness lifestyle brand that helps Empaths and Highly Sensitive People boost their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. NAPPYESE has operated legally as a business since 2020 and providing substainable living solutions accross Afrocentric Style, Organic Skincare, Yoga&Meditation, Nature themed Group Travel events & Music.
Ese began her career in fashion at the tender age of 19 after winning Pearl Look Model 2013. She is signed to Top International modeling agencies Ice Model Johannesburg. She has walked the Runway for numerous top designers at South African Fashion Week, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week and New York Fashion Week. With an international modelling career spanning over 6years, Ese has worked with Top Photographers and brands, including Global campaigns for top brands Nissan , Lancome, Mac Cosmetics, Laura Mercier, Target and South West Airlines. She has twice graced editorial covers for Luxury brand House Luminance and featured in various magazines like Essence, Grazia, Vogue and much more.
Ese sees music as a medium to express and heal from the traumatic soul awakening experiences she encounters during her life's journey. She hope her music can bring peaceful and healing vibrations to all those who listen her music and Nappyboos who become a part of the Nappyese Universe she is building for herself and children all over the world.
